Where does my discount code go?
If you are on a desktop there should be a discount code box visible, on a mobile there is a drop down box to 'view order summary' if you hit that the discount code box should be in the order summary.
*Note: Discount will not be applied to already discounted items or Bonus Buy Deals.
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products as much as we do, but if you do have any concerns please contact us refer to our returns policy.
Can I order in bulk?
As our goal is 'Sustainability Accessible For Everyone' we keep our prices as low as possible, so we generally don't have the margins that many companies will have. But on the other hand as our goal is 'Sustainability Accessible For Everyone' we are happy to discuss any ideas you have on helping us acheive our goal.
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to get the orders out within 1 - 2 working days. But please do allow up to 14 days as all of our stock arrives in large in bulk orders with zero packaging. We then separate these and individually eco pack the products ourselves before we can pack an ship each eco-friendly order. Believe me...this is no small feat!
If you have a specific time frame you require your order in, please message us first to double check. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as the item is collected.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use NZ Post and Courier Post.
Do you ship overseas?
We are mainly focused on the NZ market at the moment, but we can ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We do our best to ensure quality control but it would be impossible to avoid the odd fault. Please contact us about this as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
