Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
We usually get the orders out pretty quickly, but we ask you please allow 5 - 7 days for order processing, plus 2 - 3 days shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely. Tracking details will be emailed out as soon as your items is collected, please also check junk mail if you havent received this.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use the NZ Post Eship system and Courier Post for NZ deliveries.
Product
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

Can I get my product personalized?
We don't necessarily personalise the products, but we can absolutely personalise your gifts.
If you want corporate logos or customised messaging for individual or bulk gifts we are more than happy to assist you with this.
Vouchers and Discount Codes
Where does my voucher code go?
You can either add the code at the cart stage, or at the checkout stage.
On a desktop the box to add voucher code should be easy to see, but on a mobile you may need to click the drop down box to view order details and reveal the voucher section.
Can I combine discounts?
Discounts do not complile and do not apply to some bundles or already discounted items.
The system will automatically apply the highest discount.
